Product Return Policy

We accept returns of any product in its original condition, unopened and still sealed in its plastic packaging, for any reason, within 30 days of the delivery date. A full refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Please note that returns of opened products are accepted only in the event of a skin allergy, with supporting evidence. Returns due to allergies must include proof of purchase and be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are available only for defective products.
