OPI Put It In Neutral Nail Polish

Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean, dry nails with the cuticles pushed back. Base Coat prevents staining and yellowing, and provides a smooth surface for application to ensure a long-lasting manicure. Apply a stroke of nail polish down the center of the nail, followed by a stroke on each side of the nail. Then, apply a second coat of nail polish, pulling the color to the tips of the nails. Finish with a coat of OPI Top Coat, pulling it to the tips of the nails to seal in the color and prevent scratches and chips for up to 7 days.
