OPI Nail Polish Shorts Story

Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean, dry nails with the cuticles pushed back. For a perfect finish, apply a stroke of polish down the center of the nail, followed by a stroke on each side of the nail. Then apply a second coat of nail polish, pulling the color up to the tips of the nails. Shine, seal, and protect with a coat of OPI Top Coat, pulling up to the tips of the nails.
